Beginner Barre Flow

Barre Foundations is the perfect at-home introduction to barre, led by Kim from the Keep It Moving Method. Using a chair or countertop as your barre, this class guides you through the foundational movements that create the long, lean muscles and deep core engagement barre is known for. Rooted in ballet-inspired techniques, barre combines small, controlled movements with endurance-based strength training to improve posture, balance, and flexibility. This session lays the groundwork for your practice, helping you establish proper form and muscle activation—so you can feel strong, supported, and ready to progress.
